Hannover’s property market
Reserve areas for industry
Welcome! The Hannover region has approximately 775 hectares of industrial real estate to offer businesses wishing to set up in the centre of Lower Saxony.
Of these, 88 hectares are ready to go on the market immediately, with a good 37 hectares just a maximum of two kilometres from a motorway. Another 274.2 hectares are not yet developed, however there is a legally binding building plan in place. As industrial real estate in the Hannover region is not without its limits, old disused industrial sites play a key role: 33 plots of derelict land covering 178.5 hectares are also available.
