What happens to my already purchased tickets?

Your tickets and season tickets purchased for the 2020/2021 fireworks competition will remain valid for the 2022 competition.


I have already bought tickets in 2020 or 2021. Which date is valid for me in 2022?

I have already bought tickets in the online shop, but cannot attend the new date.

On July 13th, 2021 the new dates of the International Fireworks Competition for 2022 were published. All tickets purchased after July 15th, 2021 cannot be returned.

If you buy your tickets before July 15th, 2021 in our Online shop purchased, you can request the return by filling out the PDF.
Here you can download the PDF, fill it out and send it back (just click the button to send)
Of course, you can then buy new tickets for your desired date in 2022 in the Online shop to order.
We ask for your understanding that the processing of your request may take a few days in the current situation.


I have already bought tickets at a pre-sale point, but cannot attend the new dates.

If you have purchased your tickets at a presale point, we ask for your understanding that the tickets issued there can only be returned at the same point.


I received tickets as a gift, but cannot attend the new dates.

In this case you are welcome to send us an email return@hannover-tourismus.de turn.

If you have a self-printed ticket, we need the following information to be able to trace the ticket:
- First and last name on the ticket
- ticket number

If you have received a pre-produced ticket (without personalisation) as a gift, please also send us an email to return@hannover-tourismus.de . We need the ticket number from you for processing, which can be found on the right-hand side of the ticket.


I would like to pass on my online ticket. Can I personalize previously purchased tickets?

Due to the current situation, there are no costs for re-personalization. If you want to personalize your purchased tickets, please click here .


Is it possible to rebook the tickets?

You can cancel your admission tickets in the ways mentioned above and, of course, get new tickets for your desired date in 2022 in the Online shop to order.

We will notify you of new information on this website. If you have any general questions, please call us on 0511 12345-123 or send us an email feuerwerk@hannover-tourismus.de to disposal. Please note that the telephone hotline is currently only open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
