North Star Fireworks

North Star Fireworks is the youngster of the firework scene: the company was founded in 2015 by Andreas Helle (Manager and Lead Designer), Kenneth Hurlen, Lars Nøkleby and Kim Erik de Sousa. The current four owners had previously taken part in the some of the biggest professional shows in Norway, e.g. Jean Michel Jarre concerts, Tall Ships Races, New Year´s Eve and many more. The company’s focus is on the synergy of high-end shows, design and video simulation for customers across the country and the globe. The centrepiece of their shows is the balancing of the music with the “right” effect so that the intensity of the fireworks is precisely in tune with that of the soundtrack. Storytelling is another key aspect of their displays. Their goal: to make the magic of their shows come alive for the spectators. Therefore, the Norwegian company’s style is very emotional and involves a lot of synchronisation. North Star Fireworks put on its first show outside Norway as part of Pyronale 2017 in Berlin – with immense success! The spectators as well as the judges rated them highest and they came in first place.
