Review: Team Switzerland – Sugyp SA

The pyrotechnists of Sugyp SA, headquartered in the French-speaking municipality Grandson, have not only been active in their home country for over 40 years as the biggest pyrotechnic company in the French part of Switzerland, but they are also internationally sought-after. In order to cope with the demand from abroad, the Swiss enterprise even founded a subsidiary firm situated in Abu Dhabi.

Their impeccable references include fireworks for the Cirque du Soleil, for companies like Montblanc, Gucci or the watch manufacturer Audemars Piquet. Shows for big sport events such as the opening ceremony of the Ski World Cup Junior in Crans-Montana (2010) or the World Championship in orienteering in La Chaux-de-Fonds (2010) equally belong to the repertoire of the Swiss just like the participation in international competitions such as the L’International des Feux Loto-Quebec, 2012.
