Hannover Veranstaltungs GmbH (HVG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH.

The HVG from 2011 to 2020

HVG was founded in 2011. It organises the Maschsee Festival, Glitterbox in the HCC and the International Fireworks Competition at Herrenhausen. It is also responsible for the parabola lift at the New Town Hall, the Am Hohen Ufer flea market in the old town and the children’s flea market on the lawn in front of the Lower Saxon State Parliament.
HVG plays a significant role in boosting Hannover as a business centre by organising the Maschsee Festival using many local caterers.
