VAN GOGH - The Immersive Experience

Starting November 12, 2025, a unique highlight of the international cultural scene awaits you at the Alte Druckerei. “Van Gogh – The Immersive Experience,” the widely acclaimed multimedia spectacle, is coming to Hanover for the first time and promises a fascinating all-encompassing experience that impressively combines technology and classical painting.

Experience Vincent van Gogh's works as you have never seen them before - as luminous projections in a monumental format, embedded in a world of light, sound and digital animations. This unique exhibition concept has already inspired over 12 million visitors worldwide - now it can finally be experienced near you.

Multimedia and interactive: more than just an exhibition

But "Van Gogh - The Immersive Experience" is far more than just a visual spectacle. The exhibition offers in-depth insights into the life and work of the exceptional Dutch artist. Over 200 works are presented - including famous paintings such as "Sunflowers", "The Night Café" and "The Bedroom in Arles".

In accompanying video documentaries, you’ll learn more about van Gogh’s painting techniques and the dramatic events of his life. The emotional letters he wrote to his brother Theo are also part of this multimedia journey. The exhibition is complemented by interactive elements such as a digital flower study and a room that recreates the iconic “Bedroom.”
