Alice Aycock | Another Twister

The artwork is by the American sculptor and installation artist Alice Aycock (born 1946 in Harrisburg, USA). “Another Twister” was commissioned by the Sprengel Museum Hannover. The artwork was initiated and funded by the Hannover Rück Foundation, which has provided the sculpture to the museum on permanent loan. “Another Twister” is six meters tall and weighs approximately two tons.  On September 11, 2015, the “Twister” was presented to the museum in a ceremonial handover. » Location: Kurt-Schwitters-Platz
