When night falls... most of the lights go out. Not so at the Osho nightclub on Raschplatz. Here, the lights come on right on time at 10:00 p.m. This iconic disco is a staple of Hannover’s nightlife and is still affectionately called “Baggi” by regulars. From pop, funk, and soul to house, rock, hip hop, and R&B, whatever sounds good goes on the turntable—as long as it’s danceable.

For 25 years, long lines of stylish partygoers have been jostling for space outside “Baggi.” Especially since its complete renovation in 2009—which included a new club-within-a-club, a second dance floor, a large smoking room, a new cocktail lounge, and new lighting and sound equipment—the OSHO-DISCO has been shining in new splendor.
