Shopping in the region

Wedemark, with its historic town centers, is an idyllic spot in the north. Towns like Laatzen and Pattensen in the south, or Lehrte and Burgdorf in the east, offer not only variety and quality but also plenty of charm. To the south, Barsinghausen beckons on the edge of the Deister hills, while to the west, the pedestrian zones of Wunstorf and Neustadt am Rübenberge—thanks in part to their proximity to Lake Steinhuder Meer—are well worth a visit.
