Blood Brothers is a Bruce Springsteen tribute band that stays very true to the original. It’s fair to say that Italian tribute bands pay great attention to detail. Musically, they take you on a journey through the rock ’n’ roll icon’s career. Blood Brothers was founded in 2013 based on an idea by Francesco Zerbino, who has always had a passion for Bruce Springsteen and his music: “Over the years, I’ve read many books and watched several videos about The Boss. Each time, I discovered something we had in common: a passion for motorcycles, a passion for the sea and surfing, for guitars, and for sailing. I always felt a connection to the themes his songs touched on. They convey an incredible energy.”
"I've seen Springsteen live many times, and at that moment in Florence, in the midst of a torrential downpour, I decided that this had to be the start of my adventure."
The concert has no breaks, the songs are not repeated, and the set is meticulously designed using giant screens to ensure a true Springsteen Night. The energy, power, and stamina of the greatest live rock musician are the inspiration for the Blood Brothers, who replicate Bruce Springsteen’s live show exactly—from their stage presence to their choice of instruments.
Why the name Blood Brothers? Blood Brothers is also the title of a Bruce Springsteen song, and just as the lyrics speak of a great friendship, the band members are bound by a deep bond. Their setlist features timeless classics from albums that have made history. For example, *Born in the U.S.A.*, *Streets of Philadelphia*, *Born to Run*, *Born to Run*, and many more!
