Velvet Dress

The Velvet Dress (U2 Tribute) Band will rock the stage at the Löwenbastion on August 11—presented by Radio21

Driven by a deep passion for the four Irishmen of U2 and a strong desire to recreate the band’s legendary sound and incredible determination, Velvet Dress was formed in January 2000. Over the past 15 years, the current lineup has performed over 1,000 live shows at renowned venues, making them one of the longest-running and most established Italian tribute bands. In 2015, Leonardo, the band’s singer, had the incredible honor of sharing the stage with Bono and performing the song “Desire” as a duet.
