All around the lake, visitors can expect a wide variety of culinary delights, a unique atmosphere, and one-of-a-kind experiences—from the Mediterranean way of life to Nordic culinary delights and international street food.

North Shore – International, vibrant, and right in the heart of it all

The north shore forms the heart of the Maschsee Festival, combining international flair with an urban festival atmosphere. Between the main stage, wine bars, and spacious terraces, guests can enjoy a culinary journey through different countries and cultures. New culinary highlights—such as the French-inspired Belmondo, the Italian Salento, and the Greek Mykonos—bring the Mediterranean lifestyle right to the Maschsee. The lineup is rounded out by established fan favorites offering Mexican, Japanese, and international specialties. For those who want to experience the lively hustle and bustle of the Maschsee Festival in all its diversity, the north shore is the perfect starting point. The food mile on the northeast shore further expands the offerings with international snacks and a variety of street food concepts.

East Bank – From Scandinavian delicacies to street food from around the world

The East Bank combines a relaxed atmosphere with culinary diversity. Around the newly designed “Genuss-Geibel,” Scandinavian flair, maritime specialties, and Nordic culinary delights come together. With Ohana Beach, the Hawaiian way of life also finds its way to the Maschsee: exotic drinks, light meals, and a laid-back beach atmosphere create a genuine vacation vibe by the water. At the Löwenbastion, visitors can enjoy international street food—ranging from creative culinary creations to vegetarian and vegan specialties. Together with the popular beach areas and the view of the sunset, this creates one of the most diverse culinary experiences at the Maschsee Festival.

South Bank – Irish Zest for Life on Lake Masch

The Südufer has been delighting visitors for years with its distinctive Irish character. Authentic live music, traditional food, and a cozy pub atmosphere create a place where camaraderie and a zest for life take center stage. Irish specialties, craft beers, and lively music combine to create an ambiance that captivates visitors year after year.
In addition, the Südufer is home to the Maschsee spring. During the Maschsee Festival, the popular Musik-Park offers a varied live program featuring concerts, bands, and parties right on the waterfront, making the southern part of the lake a popular gathering spot for music fans, especially in the evenings.
If you’d like to take a shortcut, you can easily take the ÜSTRA boats across the Maschsee or use the Donkey Republic rental bikes, which are available at several locations around the lake.

Westufer – A Mediterranean Getaway by the Water

A touch of Mediterranean flair is taking hold on the west bank. With the new Aperitivo Bay, tapas, summery drinks, and relaxed lounge areas are making their debut right on the water. During the day, the unique atmosphere invites you to linger and enjoy yourself, while in the evening the waterfront promenade transforms into a popular gathering spot for sundowners and long summer nights. The RADIO 21 Lounge complements the offerings with a relaxing lake view, international cuisine, and refreshing drinks. Here, too, the food mile provides culinary variety along the lake with a diverse selection of snacks and street food. The view across Lake Masch, combined with a southern European lifestyle, makes this area one of the most atmospheric spots at the festival.
