Call for Entries: Maschsee Festival

For the food and beverage services at the Maschsee Festivals from 2025 to 2027, 18 to 20 stall operating contracts will be awarded in the form of service concessions under the Concession Award Regulation (KonzVgV) at predetermined rental rates. These contracts have a term of three years and entitle the holder to operate for 19 days at the annual Maschsee festivals over the next three years. The tender will be divided into eight lots. Interested companies must first submit an application (request to participate). This application must be submitted using the prescribed forms together with the required attachments and supporting documents.

Companies whose applications meet the published suitability criteria will then be invited to submit an offer. A period of at least 30 calendar days will be allowed from the date of the invitation. The offer includes, among other things Proof of the bidder's ability to perform (confirmation letter from the house bank), references for comprehensive gastronomic services and a presentation of the gastronomic concept (including a model, animation or drawing of the gastronomic stand, food and beverage offer).

The application documents can be uploaded on this platform until 09.01.2025 12:00 noon. Submission by post is permitted. Submission by e-mail or fax is not permitted and will lead to the exclusion of the application. Applications received after 09.01.2025 12:00 will also not be considered.
