Are tickets also available at the box office?
Yes, if the show is not sold out, remaining tickets can be purchased online at the box office using a QR code. However, advance booking is strongly recommended, as demand for the 80s Super Show is very high. It's also worth booking early: there are often better prices in advance.
How do I get to the 80s Super Show in Hannover?
The ZAG Arena in Hanover is centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation. In addition, the ZAG Arena is designed to be accessible to people with disabilities and provides barrier-free access.
Directions by public transportation:
Step-free access to the "üstra" light rail system is possible at all elevated platforms and subway stations with elevators.
Parking by car:
On the car parking areas (East 14, 15, South 26, 28) near the entrance, parking spaces are reserved for visitors with walking disabilities and are subject to the same charges as the regular car parking areas. Individual free disabled parking spaces are available on Weltausstellungsallee by the pedestrian bridge.
What can you bring - and what not?
You may bring small bags (max. DIN A4 size, approx. 20 x 30 cm), but no food or drinks. The following are also prohibited: animals, weapons, drugs, laser pointers, large bags, and dangerous objects.
Is it possible to leave the venue in between?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to re-enter after the ticket has been validated.
Is food and drink available on site?
Of course! In the arena, visitors can expect a wide selection of food and drinks - from classics to 80s-inspired drinks. There's something for every taste.
Are the tickets personalized?
No, the tickets for the 80s Super Show are not personalized - even if a name appears on the printout. So you can easily pass tickets on to friends or family if you are unable to attend yourself.
Can tickets be canceled or returned?
As this is an event with a fixed date, according to German law (§ 312g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB), it is not possible to cancel or return tickets. The ticket value will only be refunded if the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Are there spaces for wheelchair users?
Of course, there are also seats for wheelchair users. The entrance level of the ZAG-Arena is at ground level, from there there is barrier-free access to the spectator seats. The spectator seats for wheelchair users are located behind blocks U1 to U3. A total of 24 wheelchair spaces and 24 seats for accompanying persons are available. There is a seat for an accompanying person directly next to the wheelchair space.
I have a disabled person's pass - what do I need to bear in mind?
