This means that a two-week right of withdrawal and return is excluded. There is also no right of return in the event of illness or loss/theft.
The ticket is only valid if it is intact. Make sure that the barcode is not torn or missing.
The ticket is valid for public transportation only if it bears the GVH logo.
Age restrictions for the concert
Basically:
Children under 14 may attend a concert only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parental consent form is not permitted for children under the age of 14.
Children under 16 may attend a concert until 10:00 p.m. without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Proof of age must be provided in the form of a valid identification document (passport, ID card, health insurance card). Student IDs, bus tickets, or similar documents are not accepted.
Alternatively, legal guardians may delegate supervision of the child or adolescent to a person who can prove they are of legal age. This requires a fully completed parental consent form. The person acting as guardian may supervise multiple children or adolescents, but must be physically and mentally capable of managing the situation and assuming responsibility.
Important: If the concert ends after 10 p.m., we unfortunately cannot admit you without a parental consent form and appropriate supervision.
People under 18 may attend a concert until midnight without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Proof of age must be provided in the form of a valid identification document (passport, ID card, health insurance card). Student IDs, bus tickets, or similar documents are not accepted.
Important notes:
We strongly advise against bringing children under the age of 6 to a concert. Children must have their own ticket in all cases.
Certain shows may deviate from the general guidelines depending on their textual and/or visual content. In such cases, specific information regarding the protection of minors is noted on the Swiss Life Hall website for the relevant dates.
