Visitors can happily drift along among thoughtfully cooked eggs and stuffy couples. Between a radically matriarchal mother, one room too few, and one famous noodle too many. Loriot takes a delightfully unsparing look at the Germans. He shows how good it feels to laugh at oneself. Humor helps and strengthens us, especially in tough times. What is there to see at the Loriot exhibition?

This extensive exhibition is a collaboration with the Caricatura Museum in Frankfurt. It was conceived and curated by Till Kaposty-Bliss and Thomas Kronberg. The exhibition presents well-known and lesser-known works, drawings, objects, posters, photos, and film clips from the multifaceted body of work by Loriot, the “perfectionist of fun.”
