During the town hall tour offered by the HMTG, hearing-impaired visitors can use the available audio guides.

Audio guides for city tours

There are a total of 30 audio guides—10 of which are accessible to people with hearing impairments—available at the Tourist Information office in the New City Hall, which can be used during the City Hall tour. They are provided upon request at the start of each tour. Upon request, they can also be used on other city tours.
