Training advice

The advisors provide information about rights and responsibilities during the apprenticeship and, as neutral mediators, are also happy to visit the workplace to help resolve issues on-site.

This involves both preventive measures and practical support in the day-to-day training process. Training advisors provide information on key guidelines, offer assistance when uncertainties arise, and give tips on how to avoid conflicts between trainees and training companies.

If difficulties do arise, the advisors are available as independent mediators to help find solutions together. The goal is to stabilize apprenticeship relationships and ensure that the apprenticeship is successfully completed. If there is no other option, the apprenticeship advisors also assist in finding a new apprenticeship and support the transition.
