The "Bürgerservice Bauen" office, located in the Building Administration building, serves as the central point of contact for all residents of the state capital of Hannover regarding questions and concerns related to construction.

Our service for you:

• General information on all building-related topics
  Documents required for building applications, information from the register of building encumbrances, information on the listed status of buildings
• Distribution of information and brochures
  including flood protection in Hanover, accessible design, and green building in Hanover
• Output of forms
  including building application forms, application for craftsmen's parking permits, residents' parking permits
• Issuance of certain authorizations
  including permits for the Maschsee, parking permits for people with severe disabilities, no-stopping zones for moving trucks, container placement, and exemptions from helmet and seatbelt requirements
