Next Step mentoring at Leibniz University

Over the course of six months, students can receive personalized guidance as they transition into the workforce and benefit from the professional experience of their mentors.

In addition to active interaction within a tandem relationship (one-on-one mentoring), mentees develop the skills they need to prepare for leadership roles in their careers. Finally, various networking events as part of the supporting program offer additional opportunities for students to interact with mentors.

Next Step starts anew every semester. Interested students can register for the next session at any time.
