From its Lower Saxony broadcasting center on Lake Masch in Hanover, Norddeutscher Rundfunk provides viewers throughout the state with news and information. The programs “Niedersachsen 18.00 Uhr” and “Hallo Niedersachsen” on the regional channel cover the issues that matter to people. Reporters and camera crews are out and about across the state every day to report on current events. NDR operates five studios and six correspondent offices in Lower Saxony and also provides segments for other NDR and ARD programs.
ZDF also operates its Lower Saxony regional studio in Hanover, located on Lake Maschsee. About 30 employees work here, keeping them close to the people and events in the state.
