We will be happy to set up a room contingent and individual booking website for your event.

Are you planning an event in Hanover or the surrounding area and looking for suitable accommodations for your participants?

From classic city hotels and spacious conference hotels to quiet country hotels, we will find the right hotel for your requirements. We will create a personalized offer for you quickly and free of charge according to your individual search criteria. If you are happy with this, we will then prepare a booking page in the event design, which you can link to your website or send to your guests - password-protected if you wish. If you would like to enclose a paper booking form with your event invitations, please let us know and we will be happy to create one for you free of charge.

The procedure would then be as follows:

The participant books his/her hotel room online or via a booking form
The Accommodation Service at Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH will then book the requested rooms at the respective hotels and send a booking confirmation to the guest
Payment for the rooms is made at the hotels, whereby in some cases a credit card is requested as security for the hotel
All unclaimed rooms automatically revert to free sale
