What are the benefits of being a host?

• No subscription and no fixed costs
• They can be booked not only through Accommodation Service Hannover, but also—if desired—on up to 27 nationally and internationally renowned booking platforms such as FeWo-direkt, Booking.com, and Airbnb
• a centralized management system for all major portals
• no risk of double bookings
• A personal contact person is available to assist you seven days a week
• A professional photographer will take photos of your online-bookable accommodation and ensure it is presented in the best possible light on the web

Who can become a host?

• Outgoing individuals who enjoy welcoming international guests and providing information about the attractions in our region
• anyone who would like to make a vacant room or apartment available on a temporary basis
• The placement agreement provides (as in the past) for the exclusion of subsidized housing

How can I become a host?

What costs will I incur?

• The partnership is free of charge. HOLIDU charges a commission of just five percent (plus VAT) per booking.
• Different booking platforms have different commission rates, which are automatically added to your asking price and paid by the guest
• The guest is responsible for all other sales-related costs

Who should I contact if I have any problems?

• HOLIDU's team of experts is available to assist you around the clock

Can I process the payment through HOLIDU?

• You are welcome to use our debt collection service for a fee
• The guest pays HOLIDU, and you receive your rental payment from HOLIDU securely and reliably

How do I manage the quotas?

• You will receive access to the online system, where you can enter availability, block dates, or adjust prices 24/7
• Free webinars will help you make the most of the booking tool's features

Can I choose not to use certain booking sites?

• Yes, you can individually select or deselect various portals (without an additional contract)

How does the Accommodation Service at HMTG help me?
