Skating in Hannover

If you're looking for places to skateboard in Hannover, you've come to the right place. The link at the bottom of this page provides a selection of smaller and larger facilities on the city map. There you’ll find information about the facilities, including photos, directions, opening hours, terms of use, and additional links. Most of the spots are public and free to use. The facilities run by the 2er Skateboarding e.V. club and the Yard Skatehall offer particularly diverse options.

The largest and, to date, most attractive public skatepark, built using special skate concrete, is located on Welfenplatz in the List neighborhood. New additions in 2013 include the facility at Spielpark Tiefenriede (Südstadt) and the mini-ramp under the Noltestraße/Liepmannstraße expressway bridge (Linden-Nord).
