Location:
The RV park is located right at the entrance to Steinhude (Bruchdamm). It boasts an excellent location in the heart of the Lake Steinhuder Meer Nature Park. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the water and roughly 10 minutes to the historic town center. The site is connected to the network of bike and hiking trails and the Steinhuder Meer loop trail, which is approximately 32 kilometers long. It’s a 20-minute walk to the swimming island.

Accessibility:
The motorhome parking area is signposted.

Opening hours:
The parking lot is open year-round. Due to construction work, the lot will be closed from January 19, 2026, until approximately the end of February.

Special feature:
The motorhome site at Bruchdamm is one of 200 top sites in Germany. Advance reservations are not possible. There is a service building with showers, toilets, washing machine and dryer.

There are 174 parking spaces available.

Tips:

• The historic town center with its breathtakingly beautiful promenade and quaint buildings with opportunities to stop for a bite to eat in the traditional eel smokehouses or enjoy a Chinese or Italian meal is just an 8-minute walk away.
• Opportunities for boat trips to the historic Wilhelmstein Fortress, the north bank and round trips on passenger boats
