At any time of year, the region offers a wealth of delicious food - fresh, sustainable and full of flavor. Eat what grows around the corner is an initiative of the State Capital and Region of Hannover that aims to raise awareness of regional products and encourage people to appreciate their value. Not just in late summer, when the Regio Challenge To encourage people to consciously enjoy regional foods, local businesses offer their seasonal treasures. It’s always worth taking a look at the shopping tips. This opens up a world full of flavors, artisanal traditions, and passionate producers who grow, process, and share their products with the community with dedication.
