Guests of all ages at the climbing park get a real taste of pirate life when they set out to board the ship “stranded” in Wietzepark: By shimmying, balancing, and climbing over ropes and cables, up the masts, and across swaying bridges, visitors to the PirateRock high ropes course can put their agility and sense of balance to the test. Whizzing down the 140-meter-long zip line toward the ground is an absolute highlight.
PirateRock in Isernhagen features 28 climbing elements across three different difficulty levels. There’s definitely something for every pirate! Since the current Seehaus opened in 2008, it has offered a wide range of dining options year-round that leave nothing to be desired. The Seehaus is located right on Lake Wietze, next to PirateRock.
