Forest Swimming Pool at the Stadium (Sehnde)

The Sehnder Waldbad is a traditional family swimming pool. For the daring, it features a 1-meter diving tower and a 3-meter diving board. The pool underwent a complete renovation in 2010. The pool itself was refurbished and now features a wheelchair-accessible entry. The water treatment system is also state-of-the-art. New additions include a toddler pool, a sun deck, a water mushroom, and a floor jet. However, the pool has lost none of its cozy, family-friendly charm.

Water Area:
Swimmers/Non-swimmers: 50×30 meters with a 1-meter diving board, 3-meter tower in a separate diving pit, water slide; sun deck, water mushroom, floor jets; wading pool 12×12 meters; Temperature: 19–24°C, unheated; water snakes and other water toys are available from the lifeguard.
