Springe Soccer Museum

Soccer fan and collector Peter Saloga has assembled a large collection of soccer- and fan culture-related items in Springe.

The Soccer Museum in Springe

The exhibition, which consists of nine thematic areas (including local sports, the stadium, and the locker room), has ample space for all the exhibits on the top floor of the Rote Schule in Springe. The objects, the result of decades of passionate collecting, are thus made accessible to a wide audience.

In addition to 271 jerseys, 234 scarves, 860 pennants and 22 flags, the collection also includes more than 500 chronologically sorted folders with press reports on all aspects of soccer and fan culture. Countless audio cassettes contain several hours of recorded match reports that provide a vivid impression of the individual games.

Two additional rooms are dedicated to the World Cup in Germany, featuring numerous memorabilia items.

Temporary exhibitions and lectures complement the permanent exhibition.
