North Hanover Farmhouse Museum

The North Hanover Farmhouse Museum in Isernhagen is a rural historic building dating from the late 16th century.

The courtyard ensemble with the main house - a two-storey building with an impressive ornamental gable -, former underpass barn, farm garden, grassy courtyard and bakery in the oak forest has been preserved in its original location.

Since 1994, this location has housed a small collection of rural cultural artifacts dating from the late 19th century.

Changing exhibitions are held in the hallway every year. Bread and cakes are baked in the restored bakehouse on the Wöhler-Dusche farm.
