Wellness, sports, and relaxation all under one roof—Aspria has been delighting members and guests at Hanover’s Maschsee with this offering since 2009. The club offers an exceptional atmosphere for taking a break from the daily grind—all on a total area of 27,000 square meters.

State-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment is available in the fitness area. Innovative training methods complete the sporting offer. If you prefer, you can make use of the personal trainer or train in a group in one of over 150 courses per week.

Pure relaxation
Appealing colors, decorative elements, and a relaxing atmosphere await members and guests in the 3,700-square-meter spa area. Unwind in one of the eight saunas, which feature about 15 steam sessions daily, or simply let your mind wander in the indoor and outdoor pools with an unobstructed view of Lake Masch. Anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility will find it at Aspria. The hammam, a salt room, and the spacious whirlpool round out the wellness offerings. In addition, there are numerous facial and body treatments to choose from, which can be booked as part of an all-inclusive package.

With a day pass (from € 45), guests can also use all the club's free services - from sports to spa. Please register in advance by telephone.
