Royal Crystal Sauna Spa - Seelze

The Kristall Sauna-Therme in Seelze, featuring a lap pool, is lavishly appointed with a design inspired by the castles and gardens of the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen. It offers a wide range of bathing, sauna, and wellness options to suit every taste. All indoor and outdoor pools are filled with precious thermal brine water from Lower Saxony, making bathing at 34–36 °C with a brine content of 3 to 12% a true delight. Visitors can also look forward to a spacious outdoor area—the Sauna Village with paths for strolling and comfortable loungers for sunbathing, an ice grotto for that extra refreshing boost after a sauna session, and an Ottoman hamam for relaxation or to enjoy a soap-scrub massage, among other things.

Infrastructure

Water Area:
The Sauna Spa features several indoor and outdoor pools with water temperatures ranging from 34 to 36 °C, varying salt concentrations from 3 to 12%, and a variety of underwater massage jets.

Special feature:
The Kristall Sauna-Therme in Seelze has opened the world’s first sodium bicarbonate thermal brine pool. With a water temperature of 36 °C, it stimulates the metabolism, enhances deacidification and detoxification, supports weight loss, and leaves the skin feeling soft and velvety.

At the sports pool, featuring 25-meter lanes and a water temperature of 28 °C, visitors can get active and swim laps. For younger guests, there is a separate teaching pool with a temperature of 30 °C. The following are offered: early-morning swimming, baby and toddler swimming, swimming lessons for all age groups, and various other courses. The sports pool can also be used independently of the sauna and thermal baths.

Dining:
Visitors can enjoy a meal in the indoor or outdoor restaurants. The restaurants offer a wide selection of regional dishes, fine specialties, tasty snacks, light meals, daily specials, coffee, cake, and a variety of beverages.

The beer garden adjacent to the Threme offers all guests the opportunity to take a seat in the sun and shade even without a visit to the spa.

Sauna

A diverse sauna world with four indoor and three outdoor saunas with different temperatures and fragrances provides a soothing change. Up to 19 special infusions are celebrated daily, including the much-loved salt infusion with peeling and osmosis effect. In the sauna village, there are paths for strolling and loungers for sunbathing. An ice grotto provides a refreshing kick after a sauna session, a cold-water plunge pool, a spacious outdoor pool with numerous massage jets and, as a special feature, visitors can float in the 12% brine outdoor pool as if they were in the Dead Sea. The water temperature is between 34-36 °C.
