The Fête de la Musique Hannover will return in 2027, bringing music to the city center. Visitors will enjoy live music in public spaces and can combine their visit to the music festival with a stay in Hannover.

What is the Fête de la Musique?

The Fête de la Musique is an international music festival celebrated every year on June 21. The idea originated in France in 1982 and has since grown into a global movement. Today, more than 1,000 cities participate. At its heart is the idea of making music accessible to everyone: musicians bring a variety of musical genres to stages and public spaces, and people come together to experience music and cultural diversity.

Experience music right in the heart of Hanover

During the Fête de la Musique, the city center becomes a stage for live music. Visitors can combine their stay in Hanover with the music festival and discover various performances throughout the city.

The lineup of musicians performing in 2027 and the venues where the program will take place have not yet been announced. The organizers will announce the full program at a later date.
