Former Gerhard Uhlhorn Church

The church was designed by architect Reinhard Riemerschmid, completed in 1963, and is located directly on the banks of the Leine River. On November 18, 2012, the church was deconsecrated and was purchased by two project developers in 2016. They converted the church into a student residence between 2018 and 2019, which was inaugurated in September 2019.
