Bella Vist garden shed
Caspar David von Schulte, a minister from Hannover, commissioned Georg Laves to design a residence, for which Franz Christian Schaumburg created the landscape park. Following the destruction of Villa Bella Vista (“Beautiful View”) during World War II, the site is now home to the International School Hannover Region. The Bella Vista Bridge over the Leine River, built in 1902, still stands today, connecting the garden house to the city center.
