The new Green Hannover 2026 wall calendar showcases just how diverse the city’s green spaces can be. Twelve images take you through the year: from City Hall in the early morning to Lake Masch on a quiet summer day, and on to the Marktkirche in spring. It also includes a glimpse of the Deister in late-summer light, as well as an autumnal view of the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen. And because Hannover always offers new perspectives, there are also new views of the Anzeiger skyscraper and the Pferdeturm.
Available again this year: the compact DIN A4 version, which showcases Hannover’s green spaces from a bird’s-eye view—including some previously unpublished photos. Both versions were produced using high-quality, climate-neutral offset printing and are perfect as a small gift, for the office, or simply for your own home.
The calendars are available at the Hannover Tourist Information office on Ernst-August-Platz, at Hugendubel, Thalia, other stores, and online at Shop.Green-Hannover.de.
About Green Hannover
Sebastian Grote’s “Green Hannover” photo project demonstrates that Hannover is one of Germany’s greenest major cities and strikes a successful balance between urban life and green spaces for relaxation. It highlights the positive impact of green spaces on the climate and quality of life, and aims to encourage greater engagement with urban greening.
