To ensure a smooth and low-contact appointment, customers are requested to:

• Please arrive alone if possible, on time, and in person; your appointment number and name (as shown on your ID) are required for entry
• Wear a mouth and nose protector
• bring all necessary documents, applications and the SEPA mandate completed and signed. You can find the relevant applications and forms here.
