Currently, the services offered by the Region Hannover Service Center are available by appointment only.

The Region Hannover Service Center can only provide information on the following matters:

• Driver's license exchange,
• Loss/theft of driver's license,
• Issuance of the International Driver's License, 
• Appointment requests for motor vehicle matters and the aforementioned topics.
   

If you have any questions, you can contact the Team Service Center on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. by calling 0511/ 616-11000.
