For comprehensive assistance during your visit to Hannover, please visit the information desk in the New City Hall. You can also purchase tickets for the dome tour there.

Our opening hours from April - October:

Monday - Sunday: 10:00 -17:30

The Infocounter in the New Town Hall will be closed from November to March.

During this time, please visit the Tourist Information office at the main train station, located at 8 Ernst-August-Platz. 

Our service at the info counter includes:

• Ticket sales for the dome ascent
• Sale of HannoverCards, city maps, postcards, and souvenirs
• Information on sights, tourist facilities, excursion destinations, city history, etc.
