You can get comprehensive assistance for your visit to Hanover at the information desk in the New City Hall. You can also purchase tickets to go up the dome there.

Our opening hours from April - October:

Monday - Sunday: 10:00 -17:30

The Infocounter in the New Town Hall will be closed from November to March.

During this time, please visit the Tourist Information office at the main train station, located at Ernst-August-Platz 8. 

Our service at the info counter includes:

• Ticket sales for the dome ascent
• Sale of HannoverCards tourist, city maps, postcards and souvenirs
• Information on sights, tourist facilities, excursion destinations, city history, etc.
