A space designed for interactive event formats using both traditional and digital presentation technology, which expands the HCC’s conference offerings with additional options.

Future Meeting Space

The Future Meeting Space at the Hannover Congress Centrum (HCC) has been designed based on the latest research and insights into future hybrid events. White walls and red surfaces, paired with gray floors, create a clean, futuristic look. This impression is enhanced by an innovative lighting concept featuring energy-efficient LED technology, high-quality projectors, and built-in, retractable screens, movable monitors, and state-of-the-art climate control and ventilation systems.
The 340 m² room, which receives natural light from two sides, can be divided by a centrally positioned movable wall, offering seating for 150 guests in rows of chairs and 75 guests in a U-shaped layout.

Futuristic Meetings in the Future Meeting Space

Each half of the room is equipped with an electrically lowerable screen, an HD projector, and a sound system tailored to the space. Since all surfaces in the Future Meeting Space are writable, magnetic, and wipeable, there is no need for bulletin boards or flipcharts. Using the 90° swiveling elements on the back wall of the stage, separate areas can be created for small working groups and breakout sessions.

Seminars & Conferences at the Future Meeting Space

So-called whiteboard events place equal demands on both digital and analog conference technology and event design. With its logistical and technical capabilities, the Future Meeting Space offers the ideal conditions for this in a wide variety of ways. Event participants can rearrange all the furniture at any time to accommodate individual or large groups. Standard conferences, smaller conventions, or seminars can also be perfectly hosted in the Future Meeting Space.

Another advantage of our convention center is its excellent transportation links. By public transit, you can reach the Hannover Congress Centrum stop from downtown in just 10 minutes. By car, it also takes only 10 minutes to get to the HCC from the main train station, where you’ll find over 900 affordable parking spaces. Short distances on-site and the directly connected Stadtpark and Congress Hotel am Stadtpark leave nothing to be desired.
