What are hybrid events?

Thanks to its location in the center of Germany and the resulting short travel distances, Hanover is the top choice for national events. However, if the planned event is international in nature, changes to entry requirements or a long commute could be a deal-breaker for American employees or Asian clients. With a hybrid event, on-site participants have the opportunity to interact with participants joining online.

Unlike traditional video conferences or livestreams, hybrid conference formats are technically more demanding, giving your event a professional edge. In addition to specialized participant software, high-quality video, audio, and camera equipment is used. Seating is customized for attendees, and a professional studio with a stage and LED walls or screens is set up for the live broadcast. Event technicians and IT experts ensure that everything runs smoothly. Additional services such as interpreters, video recording, or microphones to capture audience comments can be easily integrated.
