TRANSFORMATION PLANT

Looking for an extraordinary workshop space? New spaces mean new perspectives and new ideas.
New experiences and insights don’t arise in familiar places, settings, or structures. They emerge outside the ordinary, outside your personal comfort zone.
At Transformationswerk, we offer three different spaces that meet all the requirements to help you discover new thoughts, ideas, and solutions—all while maintaining complete comfort, of course:
Rent inspiring spaces that we’ll customize and equip to meet your specific needs. Throughout the process, you’ll have direct access to neuwaerts, the agency for change communication and Transformationswerk’s in-house brand, allowing you, for example, to visualize initial results right away. Of course, you don’t have to. You can also easily book keynote speeches, workshops, and much more. But you don’t have to do that either. We’re also happy to provide catering. Well, you know how it is...
LUFTSCHLOSS
A customizable open space with a large rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of Hanover, a sofa corner, and a bar counter: give your dreams some space.
SHARK
TANK The Shark Tank serves as both a workshop and seminar room as well as a stage. Thanks to the large glass panels, the space can be closed off or opened up entirely according to your wishes.
LA CANTINA
A fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a fully automatic coffee machine, and various flexible catering options: bring your plans to life with us.
