In addition to the terrace on the first floor, which can serve as a reception area for your guests and for registration, the top four floors of this impressive building can be individually customized and exclusively utilized for a variety of event concepts. Above the two floors totaling 250 square meters on levels 4 and 5—which are ideal for seminars, workshops, exhibitions, or product presentations—the 6th floor features the upscale SKY BAR, which, at 125 square meters, forms the heart of the venue.

The Sky Bar is versatile and can be used in a variety of ways, whether as a break and catering area during conferences and/or presentations, as a conference room itself, or for social gatherings and banquets of all kinds. From the Sky Bar, just a few steps lead to the open rooftop terrace on Level 7, which can be used, for example, as an exclusive smoking area. All rooms and floors have their own restroom facilities, can be partitioned individually, are air-conditioned, and are accessible by elevator.
