Our team’s strength lies in its flexibility when it comes to planning and executing your conference or convention. Are you interested in booking the ballroom? With an area of 461 square meters, it is suitable for events with up to 480 guests. Equipped with a high-quality sound system, screens, and interpretation technology, the auditorium at Herrenhausen Palace can accommodate up to 400 participants. Six seminar and meeting rooms for groups of 50 to 120 people offer the option of hosting smaller individual events or parallel workshops. Last but not least is the Roof Pavilion: As a meeting room with an area of 58 square meters, this open, light-filled space features a conference table for 24 people. The concept is paying off: The palace was honored with the 2013 Location Award in the “Newcomer” category. The judges considered factors such as a cohesive concept, development initiatives for the event venue, public image and presentation, as well as versatility—and the palace truly excels in these areas! In 2015, Herrenhausen Palace won the 2015 Location Award in the “Conference Venues” category.

With the palace, the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen have regained their architectural focal point. For over 300 years, the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen have embodied a feudal way of life set amidst lush greenery.
