The Hannover Fairground in the southern part of Hannover.
The Hannover Fairground is easily accessible, both by public transportation—such as the light rail—and by car via the highways.
Transportation to and from the Fairground is characterized by a transportation infrastructure that benefits from Hannover’s central location and excellent connections to all modes of transport. The exhibition center station serves as a stop for both regular and special long-distance trains; a helipad enables direct flights to Hannover Airport; and two modern light rail stations provide direct connections to the city center. With the new Climate Ticket, trade fair visitors in Hannover can ride GVH buses and trains for free. The ticket is included in the admission ticket and facilitates an eco-friendly journey.
The fairground has direct access to the east-west and north-south highways (A2 and A7). There are approximately 39,000 parking spaces available for cars.
