The new flagpoles at the Steintor.
Today, the last of the 14 flagpoles at Steintor was replaced. The aluminum poles with rotating arms are now state-of-the-art.
For the premiere, Hannover Marketing und Tourismus GmbH has displayed images from the Hannover Holiday Region. Starting now, scenes from Lake Steinhuder Meer, Benther Mühle, Monastery Barsinghausen, the Horse Region, and the Park of the Senses are flying over the square, inspiring visitors to come and explore. The remaining flags from the 21 regional municipalities are flying simultaneously on the flagpoles along the Leibnizufer.
