Oktoberfest 2026

Ferris wheel — The Oktoberfest is back on the Schützenplatz.

It's that time of year again: From September 25 to October 11, the carousels will be spinning at the Oktoberfest on Hanover's Schützenplatz.

On Friday and Saturday it's party time until midnight, on the other days it ends an hour earlier. In addition to the various rides and food stalls, there is also a program in the tents and the popular special days.

Family day and fireworks

At the Oktoberfest, visitors can again receive up to 50 percent discount on the individual offers on Wednesdays on Family Day, and the fireworks display is completely free of charge every Friday at 9:45 pm.
