The Turn-Klubb Hannover (TKH) is offering a wide range of activities from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., such as a mini-Olympics and an obstacle course for kids. Jumping Fitness invites adults to a sweat-inducing full-body workout on the trampoline. The FUNS Tower is set up for open-air free-weight training. Two challenges are offered for those looking to put their muscles to the test: The Hang Challenge involves hanging onto the pull-up bar for as long as possible, while the Multi-Challenge measures the number of repetitions. A CrossFit workout wraps up the active Saturday at Raschplatz.
