The new Museum Schloss Herrenhausen and the state exhibition “When the Royals Came from Hanover” will be the focus of HMTG’s presentation at the Bus Travel Fair in Cologne from July 23–25. The team from Hannover Marketing und Tourismus will have truly regal support on hand. None other than Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz and Electress Sophie are drawing attention to the diversity of Lower Saxony’s capital—and inspiring bus tour operators to include Hanover in their catalogs for the coming year.
Just in time for the event in Cologne, HMTG’s newly printed brochure featuring new bus tour offers has been released. “Bus tour operators are currently planning their programs for the coming year,” says Hans Christian Nolte, Managing Director of HMTG. “That’s why now is exactly the right time to draw attention to the highlights in Hannover.”
In the run-up to the RDA workshop, the brochure was sent to 1,500 bus companies throughout Germany. It features customized packages for bus groups related to the state exhibition or the International Fireworks Competition in the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen, as well as the Hannover Adventure Zoo, Marienburg Castle, and Lake Steinhuder Meer.
HMTG has also put together festive packages for the upcoming holiday season. With the Christmas market in the historic old town, the Winter Zoo, the Winter Variety Show at the Orangery, and the Museum Schloss Herrenhausen, tour operators are offered a range of atmospheric package options.
1,080 exhibitors are participating in this year’s RDA Workshop in Cologne. Approximately 10,000 trade visitors are expected to attend. HMTG will be present there at a joint booth with the Hannover Tourism Region and the State Exhibition.
