HannoverKongress: Introducing a new online venue search tool at IBTM World in Barcelona!

Whether it’s a conference, convention, product presentation, or private celebration: A new online venue search tool now helps you find the right event venue in the Hanover region even faster.

The next kick-off meeting at the Wasserschloß, a vehicle presentation next to the elephants at the Hannover Adventure Zoo, a major company anniversary celebration at the museum, or a Christmas party in a barn—the Hannover region offers these and many other venue options. With many new search criteria—such as location, number of participants, historic or modern venues, or type of event—HannoverKongress’s new venue search is now available online.

In addition to the online portal for booking hotels and private rooms and the option to book city tours and other group activities online, the new location search feature rounds out the comprehensive services offered at the Hannover trade fair and convention venue. There has been a steady increase in inquiries, and the 2017 calendar of conventions and events in Hannover is already fully booked.

The Meeting Planet: HannoverKongress, Deutsche Messe AG, and the Hannover Congress Centrum are jointly showcasing the advantages and opportunities of Hannover as a destination at IBTM World. In addition to its central location and excellent infrastructure, the focus is particularly on the comprehensive, one-stop service offered by HannoverKongress, which includes, among other things, the new online search tool and the Congress Selected Hotels.

Alongside IMEX in Frankfurt, IBTM World Barcelona is one of the leading trade shows for the conference, incentive, and business travel industry. From November 29 to December 1, 2016, nearly 5,000 exhibitors from over 100 countries will showcase their offerings to approximately 16,000 trade visitors. All major European and international destinations, hotels, venues, and service providers will be represented, offering visitors the opportunity to learn about the latest products and services, make new contacts, nurture existing relationships, and further their professional development through seminars.
